Of course, you can also do everything conveniently online. Simply fill out the request form or book directly.
Check-in & check-out On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 03:00pm. If you arrive later than 08:00pm, please call us in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00am so that you can clean up for the new guests.
Payment The balance of your final bill you pay preferably in cash. We also accept debit cards as well as credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
WiFi is available throughout the hotel, free of charge.
Parking We have parking spaces near the hotel for your car. These are of course available free of charge. A space in the underground garage can be used for a fee (subject to availability)!
Holiday with pet On request, we try to find the right residential category for you and your pet.
Smoking? We would like to point out that all our rooms are non-smoking and also in the entire hotel interior smoking is not permitted.
General price information The prices of the rooms & suites are based on the acceptance of the standard occupancy including our inclusive services.
In addition there is the tourist tax. In summer (01.05.-31.10.): 2.50 € per person per day, from 15 years In winter (01.11.-30.04.): 3,00 € per person per day, from 15 years
In case of early departure and late arrival, we reserve the right to charge all booked nights. Please understand that meals not consumed will not be refunded.
Our double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy - surcharge of 25% to 50%.
In case of cancellation Cancellations are uncomfortable for you and for us. Please understand that we have to charge something in case of cancellation, as perhaps rooms remain free even though others would have liked to come.
On the day of your booking you pay a deposit of 30% of the booking amount. In the case of a timely cancellation, i. up to 30 days before arrival, this deposit is the amount of your cancellation fee (excluding direct bookers). If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40% of total price of the reservation will be charged. Up to 3 days before date of arrival 70% and no-show 90%.
