Check-in & check-out
On the day of arrival your room will be available to you at 2 PM. Please contact us by telephone if you are arriving after 8 PM. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 AM.

General prices
Our prices are exclusive of visitor’s tax. This is €4.00 per day and person (for guests aged 15 years or older). Potential input errors and price changes are reserved.
Cancellation terms
For cancellations will be charged:
- up to 30 days before arrival 30%,
(= amount of the deposit), - up to 14 days before arrival 50%,
- up to 3 days before arrival 70%,
- 2 days before arrival or no-show 100%
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for all nights booked. Meals not consumed cannot be refunded either.
Unfortunately, something can always come up. Then nothing helps and the holiday has to be cancelled with a heavy heart. To protect you from hassle and costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
